MSR technology

The sauna world of the Aquaria swimming pool in Oberstaufen will be expanded to include a building with separate measuring and control technology.

Inventory GLT:

Only the fault messages will be displayed on the existing BMS. The fault messages of the new building are switched on as a hardware signal via a cable with enough wires to the existing BMS. There is no additional tableau of the existing BMS in the new building. The central commands, z. B. "Light Central Off" are also communicated via hardware contacts.

Control concept in the new building:

The new building is autonomously regulated by its own control with panel on the control cabinet. The control regulates the heat transfer as well as the heating distributors. All fault messages from external systems are collected here, displayed and passed on to the existing GLT as hardware contacts. The controller is equipped with a web server so that the controller can access the controller from the existing building.

The room temperature is determined by temperature sensors and used to control the heating circuit distributors.

External plants with own manufacturer regulation:

External plants with their own manufacturer regulations are also equipped with a web server, so that they can be operated from the existing building.

Interface to lighting (KNX):

The lighting has an interface with digital signals for fault messages and central commands. The signals are displayed on the panel in the new building and forwarded to the existing GLT.
