The Councils' are seeking a contract for disposal of their Commercial and Industrial waste (C&I) that does not use landfill as the primary method of disposal. There is no prescription on the methodology that should be used, but the Councils' are seeking to get more value from the collected waste through recovery methods before final disposal.
