The tender is carried out with a view to entering into an ABR 18 consultancy agreement for consultancy for use in the construction of Future Daycare. The advice concerns both classic client consultancy and the preparation of a sustainability strategy, completion of a functional programme and the preparation of a joint building programme for the daycare buildings. The assignment includes client consultancy in connection with the construction of 4 new children's houses – one in each urban community – in Fredensborg Municipality. The consultancy includes Concept Paper, Building Programme, Local Plan Work, Sustainability Strategy, ICT Management, Tender Process, Consultancy in connection with turnkey contract, Interior Design Project, Commissioning and client supervision during the execution The consultancy is carried out as Client Consultancy in accordance with the Service Description for Client Consultancy (YBB 2019). We expect a team that includes competencies in project management, financial management, tender technology and client supervision, but also competencies in process management and pedagogy. The latter especially in connection with the implementation of user processes and inventory projects.
The consultancy is carried out as Client Consultancy in accordance with the Service Description for Client Consultancy (YBB 2019). The contract and its terms come into force at the time of signature of both parties. The contract is valid until the 5-year inspection. The client's deadline for acceptance of option building 3+4 expires on 01.01.2027.In relation to section 49(2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Entity has chosen not to tender separate lots. The contracting entity has specifically assessed that the client consultancy is offered in a single contract to ensure a coherent and uniform solution for all the sub-projects, which is why it would not be the commercially best solution or recommendable to separate and divide the task into separate lots.
