GPU expansion of existing HPC cluster.

The aim of the procurement is to expand the existing HPC cluster at GFZ Potsdam with GPU systems for computationally intensive processes such as machine learning and other single or double precision floating point calculations. The expansion should take place during operation. The network infrastructure is to be fully compatible as part of the expansion according to the existing infrastructure.
