In line with the Evaluation Plan for the INTERREG VA Programme, the Special EU Programmes Body. SEUPB. seeks to appoint a service provider to carry out, an impact evaluation of Investment Priority 2; Environment. This contract will be managed by the Managing Authority. MA. in the SEUPB, on behalf of the Evaluation Steering Group for the Programme.
