The subject of the order is the provision of cloud computing services in the PaaS model for the CEIDG system and data warehouse as part of project No. POPC.02.01.00-00-0095 / 18 "Entrepreneur Account - online services for companies in one place".
The purpose of the Object of the Order is to optimize investment in infrastructure, by using cloud computing technology as the basic environment of the CEIDG system. A detailed Description of the Object of the Order is included in Annex 1 to the ToR placed at https://mpit.ezamawiacy.pl. After the conclusion of the contract (the contract template is Annex 2 to the ToR) it will constitute Annex 3 to the contract

The purpose of the Subject of the Order is to optimize investment in infrastructure by using cloud computing technology as the basic environment of the CEIDG system. Project assumptions envisage increasing all three key parameters of public service provision:
- efficiency, by using CEIDG e-services to implement the Biznes.gov.pl system, simplifying the architecture of the solution and eliminating duplicate modules of these systems,
- availability, both by improving the accessibility of CEIDG e-services and by improving the efficiency and availability of these services by providing the required resources to the CEIDG system,
- quality, by raising the level of maturity of CEIDG e-services from level 4 - transaction to level 5 - personalization.
As part of the Project, it is planned to modernize the method of obtaining data from the CEIDG register by implementing the Data Warehouse service to the CEIDG system, through which public data will be made available through the API interface to all interested entities (including officials) for use by their ICT systems.
