The subject of the contract is: Execution of construction works for the investment entitled: "Improvement of transport accessibility in the city center of Kielce",

in which the following tasks will be performed:

5. Reconstruction of Głowackiego Street in Kielce,

6. Reconstruction of al. IX Wieków Kielce in Kielce,

7. Reconstruction of Nowy Świat Street in Kielce,

8. Reconstruction of Silniczna Street in Kielce,

9. Reconstruction of Bp.Cz.Kaczmareka Street in Kielce,

10. Reconstruction of Solna Street in Kielce,

11. Reconstruction of Panoramiczna Street in Kielce,

10. Reconstruction of Solna Street on the section from Paderewskiego Street to Ks. St. Staszica Street in Kielce

11. Reconstruction of Panoramiczna Street in Kielce, section from building no. 3 to plot no. ewid. 131/10 precinct 0016

12. Reconstruction of Seminaryjska Street in Kielce, on the section from the intersection with Wesoła Street to the intersection with Tarnowska Street

13. Reconstruction of Śniadeckich Street in Kielce.

II. Reconstruction of 13 streets will be carried out in sections:

1. Paderewskiego Street – section from Giedroyc roundabout to Herlinga-Grudzińskiego roundabout,

2. Równa Street – section from the intersection with Paderewskiego Street to the end of the street,

3. Złota Street – the section from the intersection with Paderewskiego Street to the intersection with Żelazna Street,

4. Żeromskiego Street – section from the intersection with Seminaryjska Street to the intersection with Zagórska Street,

5. Głowackiego Street – the section from Wolności Square to the intersection with Żeromskiego Street,

6. al. IX Wieków Kiec – section from the intersection with Bodzentyńska Street (together with the intersection) to the intersection with Warszawska Street,

7. Nowy Świat Street – the section from the Marshal's Office to the intersection with Pocieszka Street,

8. Silniczna Street – section from the intersection with Kozia Street to the intersection with M.Pelca Street,

9. B.Cz.Kaczmareka Street – section from Giedroyc roundabout to the intersection with Krakowska Street,

10. Solna Street – the section from the intersection with Paderewskiego Street to the intersection with Ks. Stanisława Staszica Street,

11. Panoramiczna Street – the section from building no. 3 to the plot no. ewid. 131/10 precinct 0016,

12. Seminaryjska Street - the section from the intersection with Wesoła Street (together with the intersection) to the intersection with Tarnowska Street,

13. Śniadeckich Street - the section from Plac Wolności to the intersection with Prosta Street.

III. The scope of the above-mentioned investment will vary depending on the section and will include, m.in.:

a) reconstruction of the roadway by strengthening the surface or making a new surface,

b) reconstruction of sidewalks,

c) reconstruction of exits,

d) construction of a bicycle path (on al. IX Wieków Kielce),

e) construction of parking spaces,

f) construction of bus bays, bus stopping places on the roadway, bus stop platforms,

g) reconstruction of street lighting,

h) reconstruction of drainage, including m.in.: construction of a section of rainwater drainage, reconstruction of street inlets and drains,

i) demolition of road elements (m.in. sidewalks, curbs, edging, road surface),

j) construction of pedestrian shelters,

k) implementation of traffic organization: vertical and horizontal markings and road safety devices,

l) felling of conflicting greenery,

m) planting,

n) setting of small architecture objects.
