The consultation was carried out under articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code.
There are four single-attribution framework agreements to purchase orders pursuant to Articles R. 2162-4, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code whose services may vary as follows:
— lot 1: maximum 60,000,00 EUR excluding VAT;
— lot 2: maximum 60,000.00 EUR excluding VAT;
— lot 3: maximum 1,200 000,00 EUR excluding VAT;
— lot 4: maximum 200 000,00 EUR excl. VAT.
