The existing building is being completely renovated. The new community hall is arranged over 2 floors on the upper floors.b

The library will be installed on the ground floor and basement.

The best roof truss as well as the wooden beam ceilings above the 2nd floor, 1st floor and ground floor will be completely expanded. A new reinforced concrete floor will be installed over the basement, ground floor and upper floor in some areas. The outer walls are reinforced with reinforced concrete columns from ground floor to roof.

There is a new building in the basement. Rooms for music associations are being created on the east side. Toilet facilities and shooting ranges with adjoining rooms are arranged in the north. In the West, the entire ventilation and heating technology is installed.

Ground floor: Rooms for the adult education center are planned in the north-west. Access is via the south side with an information entrance hall.

An information hall is planned in the south-east. Upper floor: On the north side, auxiliary rooms, changing rooms and cloakrooms are planned for the hall
