The subject of the public procurement is the execution, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a total of 33 electronic information panels. The electronic information panels will be implemented at stops in a total of 13 municipalities and towns in the Zlín Region. This involves a total of 2 types of information panels. Execution refers to the delivery of the panels including configuration. Delivery refers to the delivery of the panels to the installation site (individual locations – see Appendix No. 1 of the terms and conditions - contract for work). Installation refers to the installation work related to placing the panels at the site of realization (i.e., fastening elements); it includes the delivery of auxiliary materials, including necessary connectors, etc.). Commissioning refers to the installation and activation of the panels. Connection points of 230 V and data SIM will be provided by the contracting authority. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of expert service for each component of the supplies including software, based on a separate service contract. The supplier agrees to provide service and operational support for a minimum of 10 years from the moment of handover of the completed work (i.e., after mutual signing of the handover protocol on the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the information panels).
