The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood as well as seeds, selection, nursery to be performed in the Rytel Forest District in 2023.

The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Rytel Forest District.

The location (forest address) of individual forestry works included in the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the appendices included in Appendix 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works included in the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area
