1. The subject of the contract is the provision of agency services for the sale of railway tickets on behalf of and for the benefit of the Employer in the places of provision of agency sales of tickets, the list of which is in Annex 6 to the ToR, hereinafter referred to as "Stations", in premises provided by the Contractor.

2. The order was divided into 7 parts (hereinafter referred to as "Tasks"), due to the location of the Station:

1) Task no. 1 - Władysławowo;

2) Task no. 2 - Czersk;

3) Task no. 3 - Starogard Gdański;

4) Task No. 4 - Puck;

5) Task No. 5 - Gdańsk Wrzeszcz;

6) Task No. 6 - Lębork;

7) Task No. 7 - Hel.

3. The Awarding Entity allows submitting bids for selected Tasks or all of them, with the Contractor submitting only one offer for a given Task.

4. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: Annex 6 to the ToR (opening hours of the windows and the contract validity periods for individual Stations and Annex 7 to the ToR, constituting the model contract contract.

6. The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing activities that are the subject of the contract, unless the Contractor or subcontractor performs the activity in person. Detailed provisions in this respect are included in the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
