1. The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables for printing devices (drums, containers, toners, inks).

2. If the contractor intends to entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, the contracting authority shall request the contractor to indicate in the OFFER form information on the subcontracting envisaged under a given task and to indicate the part of the contract whose performance within a given given task

the contractor intends to entrust tasks to the subcontractor (if already known) together with the names/companies of the subcontractor(s) (also in Part II, Section D).

3. The offer must also contain a completed Offer form, price form, evidence and powers of attorney (if applicable).

4. The Contractor submits an offer via a purchasing platform (SmartPzp). The method of submitting it is described in the procurement documents.

2. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of delivering an equivalent product. In the case of offering equivalent products, the Contractor in Annex 2 to the CMS - Price form provides the name, designation, performance and manufacturer of the equivalent product.

3. Where equivalent products are offered, the economic operator shall submit together with the tender the means of proof in question, as specified in the procurement documents.
