The subject of the contract is long-term rental of passenger cars for the years 2024-2028 for the needs of servicing the Marshal's Office in Toruń and local government units, in accordance with the technical specification constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract (depending on the part of the contract: Annex 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F, 1G, 1H, 1I, 1J) and the draft contract constituting Annex 7 together with Annex 2 (depending on the part of the contract: Annex 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, 2H, 2I, 2J) to the SWZ, divided into parts.

1) Part A: Long-term rental of 30 cars:

a) for the needs of servicing the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - 18 pcs.,

b) for the needs of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Spatial and Regional Planning Office – 1 pc.,

c) for the needs of the Regional Centre for Social Policy – 1 pc.,

b) for the needs of the Voivodship Labour Office in Toruń - 2 pcs.,

d) for the needs of the Voivodship Roads Authority – 8 pcs.;

Part J : Long-term rental of 2 cars for the needs of the Provincial Roads Authority

Part B: Long-term rental of 1 car for the needs of the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship

Part C: Long-term rental of 1 car for the needs of the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship

Part D: Long-term rental of 4 cars for the needs of the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship

Part E : Long-term rental of 1 truck for the purpose of servicing the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship

Part F: Long-term rental of 4 cars:

a) for the purposes of servicing the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship – 3 pcs.,

b) for the needs of the Regional Centre for Social Policy – 1 pc
