This contract concerns the supply of fuels (SP95 or equivalent, SP98, "Premier prix" diesel and LPG) for vehicles and motorized vehicles belonging to the Community of communes of the Pays Noyonnais or to the city of Noyon and used by the CCAS of Noyon. The purchase of fuel will be made by means of credit cards with associated service "Highway toll" only for a few vehicles.

The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum of 65,200 EUR annual excl. Tax and a maximum of 117,000 EUR annual excl. Tax, the distribution of which by member of the grouping is indicated in the act of engagement.

As an indication, 2019 annual consumption combined, in liters, for the three members of the group:

Diesel: 56,442 l;

SP95 or equivalent: 8,081 l;

SP98: 1,487 l.
