The Council of State wants to purchase a service that makes the links between different applications, systems and services possible. The Council of State wishes to enter into an agreement with 1 party that has proven itself in the market for the delivery and implementation of the solution. The delivery and implementation consists of the implementation, monitoring, technical management, security, logging, signaling and feedback in periodic reports.

The intended effect is first of all a central connection point through which all data exchange runs between (SaaS) systems. Data exchange between legacy systems and SaaS services also run via this central connection point. Therefore, there is no direct data transfer between the systems themselves.

The Council of State provides, when implementing the solution, a direct realization of around 15 links in the service. Within the foreseeable future, the Council of State intends to add as many additional links as possible to this service. Numbers are only given as an indication. The tenderer can therefore not derive any rights from this.
