The subject of the contract is: Successive delivery (sale with transport and unloading) of rock, mine, non-waste, non-caking salt (with anti-caking agent) in bulk for sprinkling the roadway in winter road maintenance in the city of Sosnowiec, in the amount of up to 2400 Mg throughout the entire period of the contract.

The contracting authority will select the most advantageous offer based on the criterion for the evaluation of tenders: gross price (weight – 100%);

Information on the means of proof in question.

The contracting authority requires submission of the said evidence together with the offer, confirming that the offered product (road salt) complies with current safety standards and in no way adversely affects human health and the natural environment, i.e. the Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene.

The Contracting Authority provides for supplementing the said means of evidence referred to in Chapter II, paragraph 6, point 6.1. SWZ, if the Contractor has not submitted it or the evidence in question is incomplete.
