This is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders issued pursuant to Articles R 2162-1 to R 2162-6 and R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the Public Order Code with a maximum amount of 2,750,000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the contract, i.e. 6 years from 1 January 2024. The contracting authority decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots on the grounds set out in Article 1.4 of the RC.
