The purpose of the consultation is: the works consist in carrying out the civil engineering, roads and networks necessary for the requalification of the sidewalks and the own bus site and the creation of a two-way cycle path, of the Grimaldi square and the street of Liberty. The main lines of the development are:

- requalify the bus lane and sidewalks;

- develop a two-way cycle path;

- create planters and tree pits;

- create an irrigation network;

- create various networks.

The market is placed in grouping of orders. The coordinator of the Métropole NCA group assigns, signs and notifies. The members of the group are as follows:

- Metropolis NCA, and

- Régie Eau d'Azur.

Description of the order group: the coordinator of the group is the NCA Metropolis. The financial distribution will be made between the members of the order group according to what is defined in the agreement. The duration of the contract is fixed at: twelve months. Start of contract: start-up service order. As a complement to the CCAG, this service order will be notified within a maximum period of six months from the notification of the contract. The contract includes a preparation period: duration of the preparation period: one month. Start of preparation period: service order. The preparation period is included in the lead time.
