Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit and fixed prices. This is a contract awarded as a group of orders, pursuant to Articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, between the Ca Val d'yerres Val de Seine and the municipality of Montgeron. The contract includes the supply and transmission of natural gas (P1) as well as maintenance (P2) and major works on equipment (P3). The Ca Val d'yerres Val de Seine is appointed Coordinator of the consortium for the award procedure up to the signature and notification of the contract (including the representation of the members in court for any dispute). Enforcement and settlement are the individual responsibility of the adhering members of the grouping
