Iteistö Oy Auroranlinna and Oy Helsingin Astohankinta ab solicit offers for the Eastern and Western Region of Helsinki

electrical maintenance and maintenance services of their properties. In total, 85 destinations are 4200 freehold rental apartments in Koy Aurorancastle in Helsinki and in one of Kirkkonummi. There are also commercial kindergarten and service living facilities. Oy Helsinki Housing Purchase AB has individual apartments around Helsinki in more than 800 different properties 3500pc.

The subject of the acquisition is divided into two (2) areas:

Component 1: Property management east

2nd Subdivision: Property Service West

The tender may be submitted in either of these areas, but only one of them may be offered services.

Property Oy Auroranlinna selects the highest scoring contractor for each subdivision.

In that case, if the same contractor gets the best score in both aspects, then the contractor will have to take the other

subdivision, which has been designated as 1 option.

The same bidder cannot therefore be selected for both subdivisions.

Oy Helsingin Astohankinta ab contracts its own contract for the electrical maintenance and maintenance services of its own sites.

Contracts to be made are fixed and are valid for 48months.

Electrical maintenance and maintenance east, the items are located in 41 properties managed by Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and 4 properties managed by Helsinki Astohanta ab.

Electrical repair and maintenance services west, items in 44 real estate managed by Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and 4 real estate managed by Helsinki Koutohanta ab.
