Supply of a mixture of sand with 25% salt admixture for the needs of winter maintenance of district roads of the Wrocław Poviat, in the area of operation of the Road Circuits in Mirosławice and Sulimów, divided into 2 tasks: Task 1 – Delivery of a mixture of sand with 25% salt admixture for the needs of winter maintenance of district roads in the area of operation of the Road Circuit in Mirosławice, in the amount up to 1400 MG Task 2 – Delivery of a mixture of sand with 25% salt for winter road maintenance district in the area of operation of the Road Circuit in Sulimów, in the amount of up to 2000 MG

1) The Contractor undertakes to successively supply a mixture of sand with 25% salt admixture for Task 1, in the winter season 2023/2024, in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority. 2) The deadline for individual deliveries – up to 24 hours from placing an order by the Ordering Party's representative via e-mail (confirmed by the above-mentioned representative by phone) for a specified amount of sand mixture with an admixture of 25% salt and to a designated place. 3) To make 25% of the sand and salt mixture, the following should be used: a) non-caking road salt, meeting the requirements set out in PN-86/C-84081/02-Salt (sodium chloride) or equivalent standard, certified by the National Institute of Hygiene (confirming the possibility of using salt to prepare a sand-salt mixture and thus using the mixture for winter road maintenance) or an equivalent certificate of an entity authorized to control quality, b) rinsed sand with a grain size from 0 mm to 2 mm – with a maximum grain size of up to 2 mm, according to PN-EN-12620 + A1: 2010 or equivalent standard. The content of fine grains (<0.075 mm) should be minimal (recommended up to 3%) without clay and clay impurities. The salt content in the mixture is to be calculated according to the formula: Amount of salt mass – in tons 25% = ------------------------------------------------------------------------ x 100% Amount of mass of sand-salt mixture – in tons For example: in 10 tons, 25% of the sand-salt mixture is to be 2.5 tons of salt and 7.5 tons of sand (because 10 = 2.5 + 7.5). The above-mentioned materials (i.e. sand and salt) must meet the parameters specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27.10.2005. on the types and conditions of application of agents that may be used on public roads and streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 230, item 1960). 4) The amounts of material for individual tasks, i.e. 1,400 MG for Task 1, have been estimated. The actual quantity of the subject of the contract during the term of the contract will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with all the requirements for the Contractor has been included in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ and Annex 7a to the SWZ - Draft contract.
