Barnet Homes Ltd wishes to enter into an agreement with a service provider who can offer a total management solution for empty properties at the Dollis Valley & West Hendon Estates along with additional sites within the Borough of Barnet as and when they become available for redevelopment.

Barnet Homes Ltd will soon be terminating tenancies on Dollis Valley and West Hendon in preparation for the next phases of regeneration within the Borough of Barnet as well as other smaller sites as and when they are identified. This will mainly take place approximately 12 months in advance of the demolition and security solutions are required in the interim period.

Management Services and Security Measures for West Hendon and Dollis Valley Estates and any other ad hoc site managed by Barnet Homes Ltd.

A DPS will be used for this procurement.

Mini Competition will be run for each site separately when they become available using the successful providers on the DPS list at the time of the mini competition.
