Among other things, the Masterplan provides for the construction of three Forensic Psychiatry Centres (CPL):

• Flanders:

o Aalst: 120 seats.

• Wallonia:

o Wavre: 250 seats.

o Paifve: 250 seats.

The purpose of the Contract is multidisciplinary services, transport, manpower and all the means necessary for the execution of legal, financial and technical assistance and advice in terms of care for the realization of the forensic psychiatry centers of Paifve, Wavre and Aalst via a DBFMO formula where a private consortium takes care of the design, construction, financing, maintenance and operation of the aforementioned projects.

This consultancy contract will cover all three CPLs.

The task of the team that will execute the legal aspect of the contract consists, among other things, of supporting the various

steps in the procedure regarding all legal aspects of competitive dialogues.

The legal team will take care of the coordination of legal, financial and technical advice in terms of care.

The task of the team that will take care of the financial aspect of the market consists, among other things, of supporting

different stages of the competitive dialogue procedure with regard to financial aspects.

The task of the team that will take care of the technical aspect in terms of market care will include monitoring,

treatment and integration of all aspects in the DBFMO market that concern care.
