SURFmarket intends to conclude a framework agreement with three Contractors for the supply of service management software. The Participants will perform a Mini Competition among these three Contractors.

The assignment consists of providing a SaaS service management solution including hosting, maintenance and management for at least IT (Information Technology Service Management, ITSM) and Facility Management (FM) related processes, the implementation of a service management solution and related services. .
