Norsjö Municipality together with Norsjöapartments AB invites tenders in force — Contracted by machine services.

This procurement has been out on ad earlier this spring and then as a shared procurement with two areas, Area 1 Machine Services and Area 2 occupancy. Area 2 is closed and we have signed agreements. Since no bids that related to Area 1 qualified for evaluation, we now choose to re-advertise Area 1.

We have chosen to make some corrections to clarify and simplify. It applies to shaking requirements 1.4, 3.0 and 3.1 with the associated Annex 07.4 Company presentation.

We have also made minor editorial changes and removed a paragraph under AFD/C. 34 which is not suitable for this procurement and clarification under AFC/D.2251 regarding the quality and environmental vision of the order.

We have limited ability to answer questions in v.28-31 and that may mean longer response times.

The agreement does not imply that the Order commits itself to a specific volume.

The volume specified in the procurement is not absolute but can be both over- and undercut.

Machine services approx 2.8 MSEK/year of which about 1.8 MSEK are investments.
