Installation of heating systems
Heat generation:
The heat generated by the new building is provided by the central heat supply of the school complex.
The new building will be connected to the existing heating system via a supply line in a new supply shaft.
The new building of the middle school will not be cooled.
The room is heated by underfloor heating and ventilation.
The distribution takes place in the central heating system in the basement via a heating distributor.
The following heating circuits are provided:
1. Underfloor heating
2. Reserve
Heat / cold distribution:
The heat distribution is planned as a closed two-pipe system.
All supply circuits are equipped with energy-efficient, speed-controlled circulation pumps. Hydraulic balancing is carried out on the strings via differential pressure-independent valves.
The pipe network is designed up to DN 50 as a seamless steel pipe or stainless steel pipe with pressed fittings.
feed. Pipes between DN 65 and DN 100 are designed as steel or stainless steel pipes with welded fittings.
The laying of the pipes is carried out in shafts, in pre-walls and in suspended ceilings.
The distributors for hot and cold water are located in technical room 1.
masses:
o approx. 650 m stainless steel pipeline incl. fittings and connections
o approx. 1,800 m² underfloor heating incl. 12 heating circuit distributors
