The execution of the order includes: a) delivery and assembly of apparatus. b) conducting instructions of the Ordering Party's medical staff in the scope of its operation and rational operation, c) providing a user manual in Polish for a computer tomograph and X-ray apparatus and all additional equipment, d) providing a guarantee for the delivered devices in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex 7 to the SWZ – package 1 (computer tomograph) and Annex 7a to the SWZ – package No. 2 (X-ray apparatus) – warranty and post-warranty service conditions. e) handing over the device for use on the basis of a delivery and acceptance protocol signed by both parties, which will be the basis for issuing a VAT invoice.
