The expected services are as follows:

— Phase A — APS:

—— summary studies;

— phase B — project:

—— project studies;

—— execution studies;

—— search conventions for permitting passage and making available right-of-way;

—— carrying out topographical surveys (if necessary);

—— existing network detection (if necessary);

— Phase C — application for authorisation:

—— Articles: “Article II” and/or “Article III”, see Article III-B of Decree No. 2011-1697;

—— LOEL phase — definition of the boundaries of works;

— phase D — follow-up work and reception:

—— VISA mission;

—— DET mission (Directorate of Execution of Works);

—— OPC mission (Ordinance, Coordination and Pilotage);

—— AOR mission (Assistance during reception operations) — realization of minute and/or compliant plans — assembly of documents for delivery of work — assistance during the year of guarantee of perfect completion.
