catering services for the municipality of Miramas

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of meals delivered in cold connection for the municipal school catering service (kindergarten, elementary, adult) as well as the provision of breakfasts, snacks, meals, picnics and snacks for leisure centres and sports holidays. The procurement procedure chosen is an adapted open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Order Code. The single-awarding framework agreement with a maximum of 900,000 euro(s) Ht (per period) has been signed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It sets the conditions for the performance of the services and is executed as and when purchase orders are issued. The deadlines for execution or delivery of the services are set at each purchase order in accordance with the stipulations of the documents of the framework agreement
