Under the Wmo 2015, municipalities are obliged to support their residents in the area of self-reliance and participation. This includes, among other things, that people with a disability can continue to move and live in their own living environment for as long as possible. As part of this, municipalities will, if necessary, assist the Resident in obtaining a suitable resource. With the aim that the relevant

restrictions can be reduced or removed and with which self-reliance or participation will be increased.

The current framework agreements of the municipalities for the supply, service provision and maintenance of the Wmo aids expire on 31.12.2020. New framework agreements must be concluded for this.
