Service of direct physical protection carried out by specialized armed protection formations (SUFO) in units and institutions supplying 15 WOG in Szczecin.

The subject of the contract is the provision of round-the-clock physical security services in accordance with the regulations

1. Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2021.1995 i.e. of 2021.11.04);

2. of the Act of 24 August 2001 on Military Police and military law enforcement (Journal of Laws of 2021.1214 i.e. of 2021.07.05);

3. Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (i.e. Journal of Laws

of 2019.742 of 2019.04.23);

4. the Act of 24 May 2013 on means of direct coercion and firearms (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 202);

5. Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 21.10.2011

on the principles of armament of specialized armed protection formations

and conditions of storage and registration of weapons and ammunition consolidated text Journal of Laws 2015.992, i.e. of 2015.07.16);

6. Instruction on the protection of military facilities and escorting property DU-3.14.3(A) file no., Gen. 1705/2023

And other implementing acts in force in this respect. The service is provided

in shifts on working days, holidays and non-working days by qualified, armed, uniformly uniformed SUFO physical security employees. The service consists in the implementation in the form of permanent and direct physical protection of areas, objects, devices and people, property and maintaining order in the protected area and constant supervision of signals transmitted, collected

and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems in military units and institutions that are supplied by the 15th Military Economic Branch in Szczecin from division into 7 parts. The tasks carried out as part of the service result from an extract from the Protection Plan and the Security Instruction of a given Military Unit/Institution.

The subject of the contract includes 7 parts:

Part No. 4 – 12th Mechanized Division (12 DZ) in Szczecin, 2 Zaleskiego Street;

Part No. 5 – 2nd Battalion of Sappers Stargard (2 bsap) 1 Zwycięzców Street;

Part No. 6 – 3rd Logistic Battalion (3 blog) in Glewice, 72-100 Glewice.
