The subject of the tender includes the full textile supply of the hospitals in Villingen-Schwenningen, including the children's and youth center and Donaueschingen.

Essentially, the clean laundry must be delivered centrally by the future contractor and the dirty laundry must be picked up centrally. Uniforms are currently distributed to around 2,900 employees via the in-house fully automatic clothing dispenser. The service clothing must be folded by the contractor and sorted according to size and length. The machine is equipped and the flat linen is internally distributed by the client. In addition, the client expects the future contractor to provide the future contractor with a smooth supply of linen of the highest quality, expert advice and support as well as the greatest possible transparency of the quantities consumed and costs per point of need and the active further development and improvement of processes and standards with regard to laundry supply in the sense of a continuous improvement process. In the laundry supply and disposal of the client and their delivery targets, a distinction is essentially made between the following laundry groups and associated processes:

a) flat linen,

b) uniforms,

c) Contract laundry.
