The Eimsbütteler Turnverband e. V. (ETV) intends to build a new building for a multifunctional sports center in the city of Hamburg at Lokstedter Steindamm 75/77, 22529 Hamburg as a solid construction. The new building is classified in building class 5.
The building includes a multifunctional sports center with a field hall, bouldering hall, a restaurant, various gymnastics, spa and administrative rooms as well as a day care and underground parking.
The tender includes the plastering and stucco work.
Plaster works:

- lime cement machine plaster for interior wall plaster,
- plaster wall slits, window and door reveals,
- Burn-up barrier as plaster bases for sand-lime brickwork,
- corner protection rails and plaster moldings on window and door reveals,
- separating strips on connection joints.
