Vinje kommune has applied for a new discharge permit for Vågsli treatment district and the County Governor has approved the application. Therefore a treatment plant that fulfils the requirements in the discharge permit must be built. The new treatment plant shall handle a maximum load of 10 000 PE and have primary and secondary treatment.
