The agreement consists mainly of: maintenance of roadsides; maintenance of waterways; clearing culverts; collecting and transporting clippings to an establishment; additional work (including traffic work).

The contracting authority did not merge the contract. The whole of the work is one technical and economic whole.

In order to make the contract accessible to SMEs, it will be split into two lots. The contract is subdivided into the following parcels: plot 1: area Maashorst zuid (formerly the municipality of Uden)plot 2: area Maashorst noord (formerly the municipality of Landerd)

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 2 years and a maximum of 4 years. The effective date of the agreement is July 1, 2023.
