The purpose of this consultation is to carry out a mission of scheduling, steering, urban coordination (OPCU) as part of the operational implementation of the NPNRU on the Cité du 12/14 in Lens.The programmes on buildings and public spaces are or will soon be in an operational phase and in view of the necessary concomitance between the various works, It is important to take into account the management of the interfaces but also the coordination between each actor in order to allow the work to be carried out properly.
