The Community of Agglomeration Roissy Pays de France, composed of 42 municipalities extending over the departments of Val-d'Oise (95) and the Seine-et-Marne (77), over 342 km 2 around the airport platform of Roissy Charles de Gaulle, has decided to place this consultation in a group of orders with 19 of its member communes, identified to date. It consists of the AMO to intervene:

— before (studies of opportunity, feasibility, assistance to project management dedicated to the realization of procurement contracts, installation/maintenance of video protection, authorization/grant files etc.);

— during (planning and monitoring of works/sites, steering committees, etc.);

— and after (farm refunds, statistics, etc.).

On the various projects for the installation and/or evolution of the video protection systems of each community member of the group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders.
