The purpose of this contract is to carry out a project management and project management assistance mission in the context of an operation to bring the Petit Luxembourg Est and the adjoining reception areas up to standard, located in Paris, 6th arrondissement. The Holder's attention is drawn to the fact that the site constitutes a remarkable architectural heritage. A visit to the site is highly recommended. The description of the services expected is set out in the specifications of the specific technical clauses of each of the lots concerned by this tender regulation, as well as in the graphic documents attached to the tender file.
