The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:
Performing as an independent expert:
•the annual accounts audit (from 2024), consisting of interim and end-of-year audit, on the consolidated financial statements of Noorderpoort and FLEX B.V., resulting in a management letter and an auditor's report from which the auditor's report follows.
•the funding control resulting in the Assurance report.
•a further determined number of individual inspections for which Noorderpoort must make an unqualified statement available to the central government (ministries) and other subsidy providers. (on demand)
•the natural advisory function in line with the audit and funding audits.
Accounting services-
The size of the assignment is estimated at approximately € 180,000 per year (including VAT). That amount is also the available budget. No rights can be derived from this amount.
