Management of digital equipment and facilities in schools and leisure clubs in the City of Nogent-sur-Marne.

The services of lot 3 give rise to a mixed price market. The contract shall be paid at a unit and flat rate price under the following conditions:

— paid benefits at lump-sum prices: fixed share corresponding to the quarterly cost of renting the equipment;

— paid services at unit prices: share corresponding to the costs applicable to copies actually made during the quarterly period.

The services of Lot 1 give rise to a framework agreement at mixed prices. The latter shall be paid at unit and flat-rate prices under the following conditions:

— paid services at flat rates: fixed share corresponding to the cost of maintenance on the entire computer park of schools and leisure clubs and the cost of subscription lines fibre and filtering;

— paid services at unit prices: variable share which corresponds to the services performed by issuing purchase orders by the contracting authority as it needs. They concern out-of-package services defined in the BPU of Lot 1.

These services may vary as follows: there is no minimum annual amount — maximum annual amount: EUR 10 000 excluding VAT.

The services of lot 2 give rise to a framework agreement with subsequent multi-award contracts without a minimum and a maximum of 30 000 EUR excluding VAT, pursuant to articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The number of attributees is set to a maximum of three.
