The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services, including:
1) collecting waste from containers issued by the owners directly in front of the property and managing this waste;
2) servicing the selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), located at the sewage treatment plant in Zbąszynek, as well as collecting and managing municipal waste collected there;
3) collection and management of overdue and redundant medicines from pharmacies;
4) collection and management of waste from households not qualifying for medical waste, arising as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes - collected in PSZOK;
5) organization and service of large-scale traveling waste collection;
6) collection and management of municipal waste as additional services.

1) The total mass of all municipal waste collected and collected in the municipality of Zbąszynek in 2019 is 3 731.2 Mg, including:
a) mixed waste - 2 355 Mg,
b) selective waste, including - 1 376.2 Mg, including:
- paper and cardboard packaging - 125 Mg,
- plastic packaging - 248 Mg,
- glass packaging - 235 Mg,
- furniture and bulky waste - 205 Mg,
- biodegradable and green waste - 435 Mg,
- expired drugs - 0.2 Mg,
- chemicals - 1 Mg,
- construction and demolition waste 115 Mg,
- tires - 12 Mg,
2) The Awarding Entity provides for the estimated number of containers and containers:
a. around 2,000 containers for mixed municipal waste with a capacity of 120 liters;
b. about 50 containers of 1 100 l capacity for mixed municipal waste;
c. about 60 containers for selective waste collection with a capacity of 1 100 l;
d. about 1,500 containers for the selective collection of biodegradable and green waste with a capacity of 240 liters.
3) The Employer provides for the following number of containers and containers to be placed at the point of selective municipal waste collection into the following fractions:
a) 1 x 1 100 l paper;
b) 1 x 1 100 l glass;
c) plastics 1 x 1 100 l;
d) 1 x 1 100 l chemicals;
e) worn tires 1 x KP-7 (exposed);
f) construction and demolition waste 2 x KP-7 (outdoor);
g) biowaste 2 x KP-7 (outdoor);
h) furniture and bulky waste 2 x KP-14 or 2 x KP-21;
i) medical waste generated in the household 1 x 120 l.
The Employer allows the use of containers of smaller or larger volumes interchangeably for containers shown in the list of containers for residential properties, with the consent of the Employer.
The number of containers, their capacity may change for reasons beyond the control of the Employer, in particular in the case of population migration or changes in the number of real estate.
