The city of Ohrdruf intends to renovate and convert a 2-3-storey complex of three residential buildings from the 18th/19th century and an adjacent replacement building in the historic city centre.

The subject of this award procedure is the necessary planning services for technical plants in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §§ 53- 56 for the plant groups (ALG)

4. high-voltage systems,

5. Telecommunications and information technology systems,

in the work phases (LP) 1-9 in stepwise commissioning.

Initially, only stage 1 (LP 1-3) is commissioned.

In order to ensure the necessary planning services, the client intends to commission a competent contractor with the services indicated in accordance with the tender notice in accordance with the draft contract as a result of a negotiated procedure with a competitive bidding competition in accordance with § 17 VgV.

The city of Ohrdruf intends to renovate and convert the 2-3 storey complex of three residential buildings in the form of a row development from the 18th/19th century and an adjacent replacement building in the historic city centre. The stock is half-timbered buildings, partly basement with natural stone vaults. Single-storey outbuildings in brick masonry attached to the courtyard are to be largely demolished.

The building at Löberstraße 14 is a single monument. Instead of the demolished building at Löberstraße 12, a new building is to be built.

The GEG 2023 must be taken into account, e.g. by hot water solar or PV system

Urban development subsidies will be used to finance the new building. It is to be expected that cooperation or preparation for funding applications and the like will also be necessary within the framework of planning.

Costs:

The construction costs as a budget (net) for the buildings are estimated as follows:

KG 300 - Building construction approx. 1.680.000 €

KG 400 - Bauwerk- Technische Anlagen approx. 420.000 €

KG 410 – 430 approx. 315.000 €

KG 440 - 450 approx. 105.000 €
