Electrical installation work incl. PV system for a swimming pool

In the event that the contract is terminated or otherwise terminated, the contracting authority reserves the right to offer the execution of the contract or the remaining services to the other bidders - in the order of the result of the invitation to tender and, in principle, on the financial conditions offered by them in the tender procedure. The client shall ensure that the new contractor is also suitable for the purposes of the tender procedure and cannot be excluded under §§ 123, 124 GWB.

The client shall grant the new contractor a reasonable period of time to prepare for the implementation of the contract. In doing so, the new contractor may also be permitted necessary deviations from any contractual periods offered.

The Client and the new Contractor may agree on a new price, taking into account the additional and reduced costs resulting from a possible shortening or extension of the contract or a postponement of other contractual deadlines.
