The subject of the contract is the provision of property protection services, mass sports and artistic and entertainment events carried out as part of the III European Games on June 5 - July 10 2023r.na Nowy Sącz and Krynica

The subject of the contract is the provision of property protection services, mass sports, artistic and entertainment events carried out as part of the III European Games from 5 June to 10 July 2023 in the localities indicated in the SWZ documentation and annexes thereto, in accordance with the attached schedule (part of Annex A).

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex A to the SWZ.

4. General requirements:

4.1. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide services on the basis of and in accordance with applicable law in the field of organization of mass events, including in particular on the basis of:

4.1.1. the Act of 20 March 2009 on the safety of mass events (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1466, as amended),

4.1.2. Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 13 August 2009 on the scope of instructions for action in the event of a fire or other local hazard at the place and during a mass event (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 135, item 1113),

4.1.3. the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995),

4.1.4. the Act of 24 May 2013 on means of direct coercion and firearms (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1416, as amended),

4.1.5. Regulations on the requirements to be met by the security manager, security services and information services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1678),

4.1.6. The contractor must have a current entry in the register of entities performing activities in the area of protection of persons and property - a concession referred to in the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995), and at the same time, in the case of contract performance, ensure its continuity and validity at least until 31 July 2023.

5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right of option pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law to increase the scope of performance of the subject of the contract, i.e. the provision of physical protection services for mass sports events and the provision of access control services at the gates.

6. The contractor must offer the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, specified in Annex A to the SWZ.
