The supply provides for the supply of full shots cal. 25 x 137 mm MP-T SD and APFSDS-T and the execution of the necessary technical checks for the verification of the safe use on the VBM "Freccia" and "VCC Dardo" weapon systems supplied to the Italian Army to increase the readiness levels of the Army operational units.
The contracting authority intends to take advantage of the reduction of tender times pursuant to art. 61 paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and art. 8 paragraph 1 letter c of Legislative Decree 2020 n. 76 and subsequent amendments.

with T0 equal to the date of communication to the winning company of the registration of the decree approving the contract
