Description:
Equipment services for measuring stations in networks and sanitation structures

The contract is awarded according to an open call for tenders procedure as provided for by articles R. 2124-2 1º, of the public procurement code. This is a single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms, in application of the provisions of Articles R. 2162-2 al. 2 and R. 2162-4 1º of the public order code. The minimum and maximum amounts of expenditure paid over four years under this contract are as follows:

- minimum amount: EUR 1,000,000 excluding tax,

- maximum amount: 3,000,000 EUR excluding tax.

This contract is concluded for an initial period of four years from the date of notification.
