The client intends to commission service phases 5 to 9 according to HOAI for the object planning of buildings for social housing at the Parkstrasse location. The order is placed in stages.
Lph 5, 6 and 7 are contractually commissioned with the completion of the open procedure. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further assignment after the first service phases have been implemented. Part of the overall measure is the renovation of 3 identical buildings (with 2 connecting corridors; year of construction approx. 1960), which are to be converted as social housing construction (funded according to the Dresden guidelines for social rental housing subsidy).
