The purpose of this framework agreement is to take samples and carry out diagnoses to confirm or rule out the presence of asbestos and lead and to carry out a PAH diagnosis for asphalt present at the foot of the building. The level required is that applicable to pre-demolition diagnostics.

These diagnoses concern the buildings and the car park in Plaza de Milan, as described in the documents in the companies' consultation file.

The holder will have to take samples from the different materials used for the construction of the buildings constituting the Plaza de Milan, as presented in the companies' consultation file.
