The subject of the contract is: Purchase of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests along with the lease of biochemical-immunochemical modules, UPSs, water treatment plants, IT system with computers and other technical auxiliary equipment. The subject of the contract is the purchase of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests along with the lease of two integrated modules in biochemical and immunochemistry with an IT system and other technical auxiliary equipment for performing tests – specified in detail in Annex 2, 3 and 6 of the SWZ. The package consists of 4 parts: Part 1 – includes successive deliveries of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests along with the lease of two integrated modules, biochemical-immunochemical and two water treatment plants, two UPSs securing the operation of analyzers. Part 2 – includes the lease of a sample sorter for testing Part 3 – includes the lease of 2 centrifuges with cooling, 2 refrigerated display cabinets and an air conditioning system to cover ventilation/cooling needs and CO. Part 4 – includes the lease of computer equipment for the needs of workstations along with the connection of the offered analyzers to the existing CENTRUM IT system (prod. Marcel), which has the Ordering Party, EDM security, coverage of flat-rate monthly costs of service care and author's supervision over the IT system throughout the duration of the contract
